Indeed, you have the ability to fly, an amazing physique and special powers that help you save one town at a time. Loading up the game, the art and graphics instantly look like this one is going to be a ton of fun to play. And it is, if you take it for what it is and not wish for what it is not...

Dirt Bike Trials

By |2011-07-10T23:15:56-05:00March 15, 2010|iPhone Reviews|

It’s hard to play at any new App Store dirt bike game without comparing it to the leader in the genre, Moto X Mayhem, by Occamy Games. I went into this review hoping that Dirt Bike Trials would be similar in some ways and add some type of new feature or option that could propel it to the top of the hill. Sadly, that is simply not the case. In fact, Dirt Bike Trials is worse that Moto X Mayhem in every single way...

Everyone knows that the most popular sport in the world is soccer. What you may not know is that despite Madden's enormous success in the United States, EA's best selling sports series is none other than FIFA. This just so happens to be the 4th year of that cycle...

Mirrors Edge, one of the most underrated games of 2009 will soon be making its way to the App Store. Not only did the console/PC game have an unbelievable amount of style (and one of the best original musical scores ever), it also brought a whole new style of play to the gaming world. The iPhone/iPod Touch version looks to continue that effort when it is released in April of this year...

Apple Help Us, We’re Just Dumb Consumers

By |2010-03-14T10:38:34-05:00March 14, 2010|Features|

As a reader of this article, I'm not sure where you fall in line. Perhaps you love all things Apple, maybe you’re a tech geek, or possibly you are doing research about the iPad. Whatever your reason for being here, please take no offense when I say that Apple typically uses all of its marketing to make sure consumers never ask why. Their marketing strategy for the iPad seems the same way...

Street Fighter IV

By |2011-07-10T23:16:18-05:00March 10, 2010|iPhone Reviews|

The Street Fighter series has made its first appearance on the App Store with Street Fighter 4 being released earlier this week. It brings to the table all of the things you likely loved and/or hated about the series in the first place. The old characters are all here including Ken, Ryu, Guile and Blanka. The special combo moves are back as well including the phrases that go along with them. That’s right; Ken's "Ha-dou-ken!" and Guile's "Sonic Boom" can be heard once again. But for whatever reason, the magic behind the series just isn't quite there for me...
