At the turn of the new century (2000), people used things called PC’s, keyboards and mice. Now we use iPad's and smart phones. The need for desktop computers is going away entirely. After all, no one needs to save files on their hardware anymore. It's about cloud computing...

Verizon’s HTC Incredible vs iPhone HD Update – Hard Facts Included

By |2010-04-29T15:05:11-05:00April 29, 2010|Features|

Since April 16th, when I wrote the original article comparing these two devices, quite a bit has happened. We now have had confirmation that the iPhone HD does exist and was in fact found and turned over to Gizmodo who subsequently found out even more details about this device. The HTC Incredible is extremely close to release (pre sales are already sold out) and we now have confirmation that the new version of Google's Android OS (2.2) will support and come with Adobe Flash...

Google’s Android OS Running on Apple’s iPhone 2G

The guy in the video below has successfully hacked the Apple to allow the Android OS to run on his old iPhone 2G. One of the coolest things about the video is that he is able to boot into either Android or the normal iPhone OS. While the Android system doesn't run super fast, honestly it's amazing that it runs at all...

Adobe has given up trying to create Flash support for the iPhone OS. Apple’s SDK(the kit developers use to make apps and games) is and has been anti-Flash. However, Adobe did develop a way to create an iPhone app or game using Flash and then convert the program to use iPhone OS coding. This is called cross-compiling...

iPhone HD – So Your Telling Me There’s a Flash

How ridiculous is this? The iPhone HD was found 2 months before its likely release by someone who sold it to Gizmodo. Despite having the mythical phone in their possession for a good 2 days, we know very little of the actual device other than its design and added camera. How bad does it suck that whoever found the phone didn’t actually take a video of the device while it still worked?

The Prototype iPhone You Were Meant to Find – Or Not?

By |2010-04-22T09:27:39-05:00April 22, 2010|Features|

For a while I refused to write about the iPhone leak. I had an initial article declaring interest but I stayed away from anything else. I wanted to see what type of fallout has occurred from the leak. To my disappointment, there really hasn’t been any. In fact, all the device’s early unveiling has done is fuel the fire for Apple and make the new iPhone the hottest thing in American news...
