A jigsaw puzzle on an iPhone? Check. A well made jigsaw puzzle game for the iPhone? Check again. Somehow d' ART combines interesting paintings/drawings with a fantastic interface to make a great jigsaw puzzle game for your iPhone despite the devices lacking screen real estate. In fact, the interface works so well that it almost makes the jigsaw puzzles too easy to solve...

Geometrix

Is Geometrix an action game? Is it a puzzle title? Does it belong in the list of free apps rather than the paid ones? Only one of these questions deserves a whole hearted “yes,” which is disappointing to say the least. With a collection of three different mini games, Ravenhawk Interactive delivers an overall bland, boring title which doesn’t particularly excel in any specific categories...

Enter the bleak, dismal world of The Shadow Blight with Professor Helsing and his loyal assistant Raffton, and prepare to face the demonic minions of Dracula. Armed with torches and explosive tonics, the team navigates their way deeper into the darkness, while the puzzles becoming increasingly quick and addictive. Combining unique level design and an interesting, yet somewhat corny storyline, Helsing’s Fire will have you battling rats, skeletons, and vampire bats for hours on end...

Master of Alchemy HD

If you found a game that was similar to Lemmings and The Incredible Machine, would that be a game that you might be interested in? The levels would start and finish in a similar way to Lemmings but the means to that end would be similar to The Incredible Machine. The basics premise of Master of Alchemy HD is this; you must transport an element (different colors matter) to a container (labeled by color). Doesn’t sound difficult right? Just wait...

Flipstones

If you have read any of my previous reviews dealing with matching games, you know that I usually don't care for them. In fact, Match 3 and 4 games are the bane of my existence. That's why it’s so surprising when a game like Flipstones comes around. Though there is a great deal of matching to do, the unique way you do it makes it a great deal of fun. Unfortunately, this game is not without its problems...

Have you ever played a game that you’ve never heard of before loading it up? At iPhone Gamer Blog we do that all of the time, but usually the game that we are reviewing has some familiarity, meaning we have played a game or two that is similar. I’ve been trying to think of a game that I’ve played that is similar to Gravity Block HD and I can’t, and I have to say, I like it...

t's official; the guys over at Backflip Studios are among the best puzzle creators on the App Store. It seems like everything they touch that deals with puzzles is an A+. Their back category also includes the Ragdoll Blaster series. Fortunately for us, they have done it again. Graffiti Ball is so damn good that I recommend you stop reading this fluff piece right now and go get it. Still not sold? It's free!
