The Package

The Package is an ingenious puzzle game. It really is. Puzzle games are one of the most commonly represented games of all genres on the App Store. That's why unfortunately is so hard for new developers with good games to break through. I'm hoping that is not the case for the developers of The Package, a game where your job is to deliver a package using nothing more than MacGyver like widgets and tools...

Spinzizzle

Spinzizzle is an interesting name for a common genre type for the iPhone, the match 3. You know the ones; you have balls or objects of different colors and you need to match 3 of them together in order to move onto the next stage where you do the same thing over and over again. Personally, I'm just not much into this kind of gameplay. I like casual gaming experiences but I like a bit more action in my diet...

Wurd

Wurd is a spelling and vocabulary game.  Basically it shows you a word and it asks you whether it is correctly spelled or not.  Of course it also requires that you have an in depth knowledge of some of the most obscure words in the English language.  For me, I'm the kind of guy that likes that kind of thing.  For most, it is a literary nightmare...

uFall

uFall is a direct rip-off of Doodle Jump. In fact, it should just be call Doodle Fall. I'm not going to give this game a full review because I don't think it merits one. Hell, it even uses the same type of platforms at Doodle Jump. It even has the same androgynous looking character as Doodle Jump. It even has the same controls of Doodle Jump. In effect, it is Doodle Jump, only in reverse...

Black Tie Adventure is a 2D platformer that has you, the protagonist, trying to save his abducted soon to be wife. The name Black Tie Adventure comes from the fact that you were standing at the altar, waiting to say the I Do's in your wedding best when the aforementioned abduction occurs. Since you hadn't officially sealed the deal on the wedding night, your character is extremely interested in getting his lost fiancée back...

Split/Second

Disney’s latest title, Split/Second delivers an experience unlike almost any Disney game before it. Like the action intense movies that have recently defined Disney's Hollywood lineup, Split/Second is exciting, fast and not necessarily made for kids. This title has the honor of being released at the same time as its console counterparts on the XBOX 360 and Playstation 3...

Phaze

Who remembers the Super Nintendo and arcade classic, F-Zero? This is what immediately bubbled up from my childhood memories as soon as I started playing Phaze, which expands upon the futuristic racing title with fast paced action along curvy tracks while snatching power ups and battling against rivals to capture first place. Fire missiles, drop bombs, and hit boosts to reach blistering speeds capable of making your eyes tear...
